Advertising Week, the annual gathering of marketing and communications leaders, provided the chance for ten lucky artists to present their songs to a panel of creative professionals that included BMI’s Vice President, Writer/Publisher Relations, New York Charlie Feldman. The panel, entitled “The Sellout,” was part of a business-week-long event that runs through September 27, 2013, in New York City. The Week hosts more than 200 distinct events and is a hybrid of thought leadership seminars featuring the industry’s best and brightest, along with engaging special events. Advertising Week’s mission is to galvanize the creative industry by creating an entertaining, enlightening and engaging platform for divergent business types.
