BMI Supports New Song Arts Spring 2021 Songwriting, Collaboration & Production Workshops

Posted in News on March 2, 2021

BMI is proud to support Song Arts Spring 2021 workshops, which offer songwriters a chance to network, discover new co-writers, and learn the “Advanced Song Craft” tools used by chart-topping writers. The methods taught by SAA Founder Billy Seidman, author of The Elements of Song Craft, have been adopted by educational institutions such as Berklee, NYC, Berklee Valencia, New York University and The New School to train their songwriters and producers, as well as major recording artists such as Bebe Rexha, Rachel Platten, Alicia “M’Jestie” Brooks, GRAMMY-winner Carlos Escalona and GRAMMY-nominees Chris McClenney and Nicole Zuraitis.

Each workshop meets once a week on Zoom for four consecutive weeks from 7pm to 8:30pm EST. See the full course schedule here. The cost is $325 per workshop, with discount pricing offered if more than one course is added. We guarantee a full refund if not satisfied after your first session. The workshop is limited to 15 participants. Songwriters, producers and artists are encouraged to apply early as space is limited. Click here to apply or for more information.
