Nashville Hitmakers Gather to Support the Environment in Indian Lake, Ohio

Posted in News on June 15, 2016

The fifth annual Nashville Hitmakers, headlined by chart-topping BMI songwriter Even Stevens, who wrote several #1s including Eddie Rabbitt’s “Suspicions” and “I Love a Rainy Night,” will return to the stage at Indian Lake High School in Ohio on July 23, at 7PM, in a concert to benefit the Indian Lake Watershed Project. Money raised will go to keeping the beautiful lake free from pollutants and the danger of becoming a dead lake, as other lakes in Ohio have become. A portion of the money also goes to the music department at Indian Lake High School, with a yearly scholarship being awarded to a deserving student.

Along with Stevens, the Songwriter-in-the Round lineup includes BMI Icon Mac Davis (“In the Ghetto” and “I Believe in Music”), Mike Reid (“I Can’t Make You Love Me” and “Everywhere”), Ashley Cleveland (“Lesson of Love” and “You Are There”), Mike Loudermilk (“Midnight in the Desert” and “Sunset on Indian Lake”), Wynn Varbel (“Have You Forgotten” and “Waiting on a Woman”) and Spady Brannan (“Real Love” and “Think About Love”).
