Third Man Records was founded by Jack White in Detroit in 2001. In 2009, White opened a physical location in Nashville, which houses offices, a live venue, photo studio distribution facilities and its own record shop. Dedicated to the resurgence of vinyl and the 45 record single, White’s analog production techniques and making physical product more desirable than an mp3,Third Man takes a unique approach to pressing, packaging and distributing vinyl.
