BMI Latin Spotlight: J Güero and the Wired Sessions

J Güero and the Wired Sessions is a multicultural project founded by LA based Chilean producer, Juan Covarrubias. Since 2019, the project has released two EPs and three singles, collaborating along the way with artists like Enrique Bunbury, Carolina Eyck, and the Asano Taiko Ensemble, among others. J Güero and the Wired Sessions’ first EP, Wired Sessions, Vol. 1 was featured in Rolling Stone and opened the door for performances at festivals like Ruido Fest and SXSW 2022. Later this year, the project will release Wired Sessions, Vol. 2, a psychedelic album featuring electronic music, world beats, and Latin energy. The first single, appropriately titled “Wired Sessions: Tumbao Psicodélico,” is out now.

J Güero and the Wired Sessions es un proyecto multicultural fundado por el productor chileno Juan Covarrubias de Los Ángeles. Desde 2019, el proyecto ha sacado dos EP y tres singles, en colaboración con artistas como Enrique Bunbury, Carolina Eyck y Asano Taiko Ensemble. El primer EP de J Güero and the Wired Sessions EP, Wired Sessions, Vol. 1 captó la atención de Rolling Stone y llevó a actuaciones en festivales como Ruido Fest y SXSW 2022.
