BMI Congratulates its 2023 CMA Nominees

BMI is proud to congratulate our nominees for the 57th annual Country Music Association (CMA) Awards, which will be held on November 8 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

Three BMI affiliates landed nods for Entertainer of the Year, including the 2022 recipient Luke Combs, Carrie Underwood, and Morgan Wallen, while BMI celebrates further success with four affiliate nominees in the Male Vocalist of the Year and Vocal Duo of the Year categories.

Newcomer Jelly Roll earned an impressive five nominations, closely followed by Hardy with four nominations for his collaboration with Lainey Wilson* on “Wait in the Truck,” and Luke Combs with four category recognitions. Other BMI affiliates who earned nominations include Ashley McBryde, Cody Johnson, Kane Brown, Zach Bryan and Parker McCollum, among many others.
