BMI once again hosted a special reception for its licensing customers and association partners who were in Crested Butte, Colorado recently (1/10-1/13) for the 4th annual Mountain High Music Festival presented by legendary BMI songwriter Dean Dillon. The festival, which featured a number of Nashville songwriters along with Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Steve Cropper and country superstars Kellie Pickler, Tracy Byrd, Jamey Johnson & Toby Keith, benefits two local charities - Cattlemen’s Days Tough Enough To Wear Pink and Adaptive Sports Center.

The intimate reception featured unplugged performances from BMI songwriters Shane Minor, Jesse Rice and Kylie Sackley whose stories and songs wowed an audience made up of radio and restaurant association executives. Collectively, the three have written hits for the likes of Diamond Rio, Florida Georgia Line, Cole Swindell, Faith Hill and LeAnn Rimes.
