Avid students of pop through the ages, SPEAK distill greatness from classic and modern influences. Forever questing for innovation, they invoke timeless melodies in energetic, synth-laden anthems. After releasing debut EP, “Hear Here” in February, SPEAK opened for Cage the Elephant, Colbie Caillat, and others, buzzed through the SXSW, and swiftly became a headline club act in Austin. Named Best New Band in the Austin Music Awards, SPEAK prompted the Austin Chronicle to proclaim, “”[Hear Here is] poised to change the musical landscape…crank up the volume: The future just got a lot brighter.”
