BMI’s ever-impressive indie acts are doing big things lately! From recording new albums to touring the U. S. to creating their own labels, BMI’s indies are shaping and reshaping the music scene. Quigley out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, is a powerhouse: writing, producing and singing her signature ethereal tunes.
