$2 Dollar Shows is a nonprofit dedicated to bringing awareness of social issues through art and music by partnering with community organizations to present monthly $2 Shows that anyone can enjoy, while providing a platform and exposure for independent artists. Tickets always cost $2, and events are always connected to a charitable cause. Diverse media and genres are selected for $2 Shows, from indie rock, hip-hop, jazz and Americana, to dance, spoken word, visual art, theater and comedy.
