BMI’s ‘How I Wrote That Song’ Panel Goes Gospel

Posted in News on March 5, 2014

Less than two months ago, BMI’s GRAMMY-infused “How I Wrote That Song” panel in Los Angeles featured everybody from prolific country writer Dallas Davidson to pop production whiz Alex Da Kid talking about songwriting, producing and performing hit songs. Now the public event is set to return again in a stellar way on March 29, 2014, in Philadelphia. In conjunction with the Praise 103.9 Inspiration & Music Conference, this edition of “How I Wrote That Song” will feature some of today’s hottest and most important names in gospel music, promising a slew of Stellar and GRAMMY award-winners, including Donald Lawrence, Israel Houghton, Erica Campbell, Warryn Campbell and James Fortune. Completing the panel is Praise 103.9’s Music Director Kyle Glover, with BMI’s Vice President, Writer/Publisher Relations Atlanta Catherine Brewton and renowned recording artist Isaac Carree set to moderate.

The event starts at 3:00 p.m. and will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Tickets can be purchased here.
