BMI celebrated their monthly Rooftop on the Row concert series last night with BMI singer/songwriters Tenille Arts and Elvie Shane. Previous ACM nominee Tenille Arts started off the show with tunes from her 2021 album, Girl to Girl, and her latest single “Back Then, Right Now.” The CMT Next Women of Country Class 2021 singer closed her set with the number one chart-topping hit, “Somebody Like That.”

Kentucky native Elvie Shane followed and gave an electric performance. He gave concertgoers music from his latest album Backslider, including “My Boy,” which is currently at Top 5 on country radio. Shane co-wrote all 15 tracks on his album and features real-life “chapters of his story.”

The invite-only event was sponsored by George Dickel Whisky, CMT, oneRPM, Daou Wines,Texas Roadhouse, Topo Chico, YETI, 103.3 Country, 95.5 Nash Icon, and First Horizon. BMI’s next rooftop event will be held October 18 and will be their final Rooftop on the Row of the season.
