BMI songwriter and recording artist George Ducas highlighted the Retail Association of Maine’s annual meeting by performing the many hits he has written for such country artists as Sara Evans, Eli Young Band, Garth Brooks and George Jones, including “A Real Fine Place to Start,” “Beer Run” and “Always the Love Songs.” The conference was held (10/16) at the Cross Center in Bangor and was attended by retail owners and managers from across the Pine Tree State. The Retail Association of Maine serves as an advocate for retail businesses in the state.
