BMI Songwriter Shane Minor is Major Hit at Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association Meeting

BMI brought Nashville to the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association Summer Board Meeting in the form of award-winning country songwriter Shane Minor. Minor was the featured entertainment at the trade association’s meeting held recently (6/5) at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach. Minor performed hits he wrote for some of country music’s biggest artists and told the stories behind the songs for a large group of Florida restaurateurs and hoteliers. Songs he performed for the board members included: Diamond Rio’s “Beautiful Mess,” Steve Holy’s “Brand New Girlfriend,” Kenny Chesney’s “Live a Little Love a Lot” and his latest smash, “Chillin’ It,” a tune he co-wrote with artist Cole Swindell that recently reached #1 on the country charts.
