Broadcast Music, Inc. was present at the Monitor Latino conference in Mexico City on October 20 through 22. The conference is an annual gathering that offers panels, showcases and awards shows with the purpose of educating, fostering a sense of community and furthering collaboration between radio broadcasters and the Latin music industry.
BMI Vice President, Latin Writer/Publisher Relations Delia Orjuela and BMI Senior Director, Latin Writer/Publisher Relations Joey Mercado attended the conference to support the BMI songwriters who participated this year, including Horacio Palencia, Poncho Lizarraga, Pepe Garza and Paty Cantú, all of whom served as panelists.
