BMI’s 2012 fiscal year was one of the most challenging, but still rewarding in the Company’s recent history as we continue to show significant revenue and distribution growth in several of the Company’s Licensing sectors such as New Media, General Licensing, and International business. This growth has lead BMI to begin a new era in rights management, and this year we have successfully refocused and realigned the Company’s strategic vision and infrastructure to continue to be “the future of performing rights.” Guided by these principles of continuous improvement and innovation, BMI will ensure its historic relevance in a dynamic marketplace.
