BMI co- hosted a gathering of music industry guests at Nashville’s Music City Tippler restaurant September 17, 2014, to celebrate Lee Brice’s  #1 single “I Don’t Dance.” Written by BMI songwriters Lee Brice and Dallas Davidson with Rob Hatch, “I Don’t Dance” is the title track from Brice’s new #1 album (#1 Billboard Top Country Albums Chart, #5 on Billboard 200) and was recognized by the RIAA as the “Fastest Certified Platinum Country Single released in 2014.” The track, which was produced by Brice, is also a nominee for CMA’s “Song of The Year” award. The hit marks Dallas Davidson’s 19th #1 after a slew of success writing chart toppers for country superstars like Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Lady Antebellum, Brad Paisley and Keith Urban.
