BMI Songwriters Set to Deliver Electrifying Performances at 2018 SXSW
BMI is pleased to announce its return to Austin, TX as part of the 2018 SXSW Music Conference and Festival from March 13 - 16. Continuing a more than 30-year presence at the world-renowned music festival, BMI will once again offer festivalgoers many unique opportunities to discover the hottest emerging talent across multiple genres through a series of showcases and events.

Tuesday, March 13th | 6:00PM-8:00PM
BMI’S 18TH ANNUAL HOWDY TEXAS PARTY - The 18th annual party will feature performances by Larkin Poe and Rayland Baxter. Hosted by local Fox 7 TV personality Lauren Petrowski, the party will be held for the first time at the YETI Flagship store with the Texas Music Office, Lagunitas and Topo Chico as supporting sponsors. YETI/BMI DAY PARTY - Soul, country, indie, pop and alt-rock converge during this day party as BMI singer-songwriters Kalu & The Electric Joint, Dizzy, slenderbodies, Morgan Saint, Wallows and Tyler Childers entertain the crowd at the Yeti Flagship store (220 S Congress Ave).
