BMI presented the highly anticipated “Icon Q&A” featuring global pop luminary Gloria Estefan and renowned music producer Emilio Estefan during Billboard Latin Music Week on Wednesday, October 22, at The Fillmore Miami Beach. The conversation was moderated by BMI’s VP of Creative, Latin, Jesus Gonzalez, who led an engaging discussion exploring the Estefan’s creative journey, lasting influence, and connection to fans worldwide.

Throughout the discussion, the Estefan’s reflected on early career inspiration, their approach to songwriting and composition, and the collaborations that have defined their careers. Gloria also spoke on her legacy, family and connection to Miami.

The “Icon Q&A” brought together artists, music executives and media for a conversation that celebrated the iconic couples’ musical talent and enduring legacy. The Estefan’s also shared insights into their current projects and Gloria’s newly released album Raíces.
