BMI Hosts Listening Event for Travis Greene

BMI’s Nashville office recently held a listening event for gospel singer Travis Greene’s new album Made in the South. In addition to giving the packed house a special preview of songs, he shared music videos, including “Let Freedom Ring” featuring Andra Day. Greene also answered questions from BMI’s Catherine Brewton about the making of the album and treated the audience with a cover of “Alpha and Omega,” which the audience sang along to in worship and jubilation. The event served as a pre–Stellar Awards celebration with many VIP guests, including industry executives and Gospel greats, including Erica Campbell, Tasha Cobb Leonard, David and Tamela Mann and Evvie McKinney, among others.
