BMI Congratulates its Songwriters Celebrated at La Musa Awards

BMI is tremendously proud of its affiliates who were singled out for their amazing achievements and welcomed into the Latin Music Hall of Fame at this year’s 10th Annual La Musa Awards, held at Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Hollywood, FL on October 13. Among the evening’s honorees, Venezuelan American singer/songwriter Elena Rose received La Musa Elena Casals Award, Spanish singer/songwriter Beatriz Luengo was awarded the inaugural La Musa Medal of Freedom for her song “Patria y Vida,” and Residente accepted La Musa’s Icon Award. Additionally, singer/songwriter Juanes was officially inducted into the Latin Music Hall of Fame.
