BMI Congratulates its 2020 Daytime Emmy Winners

The final winners of the 47th Annual Daytime Emmy® Awards were announced last night with BMI composers and lyricists taking three out of the four music categories. BMI congratulates all of the winners and sends a special note to Vivek Maddala, who is celebrating his third win in a row for Outstanding Music Direction And Composition for The Tom & Jerry Show, and to Alan Menken, who is now one of only 16 EGOT (Emmy, GRAMMY, Oscar, Tony) winners in the world. Along with this new Emmy, Menken’s resume also includes 8 Oscars, 1 Tony and 11 GRAMMYS.
