BMI Congratulates Black Music & Entertainment Walk of Fame Induction Honorees

As a proud sponsor of the Black Music & Entertainment Walk of Fame, BMI was thrilled to celebrate its bi-annual induction ceremony yesterday in Atlanta, GA. This year’s inductees included legendary BMI songwriters Snoop Dogg, BeBe & CeCe Winans, Donald Lawrence, Yolanda Adams, Tyler Perry and the late Ray Charles.

The Crown Jewel of Excellence™ Induction Ceremony was held outside of the Black Music & Entertainment Walk of Fame location in downtown Atlanta. A celebration brunch and program featuring incredible performances followed the morning’s formal induction proceedings.

A joint venture by the Black American Music Association and the Georgia Entertainment Caucus, the Black Music & Entertainment Walk of Fame is a special initiative designed to acknowledge, preserve, respect and inspire the Black creative community.

BMI is proud to congratulate all of this year’s esteemed honorees and salute their extraordinary achievements.
