BMI Composer Ludwig Göransson Wins Best Original Score for “Sinners” at the 2026 Golden Globe Awards

BMI is pleased to congratulate composer Ludwig Göransson for winning Best Original Score, Motion Picture for his work on Ryan Coogler’s Sinners, last night, at the 2026 Golden Globe Awards. This year marked Göransson’s fifth Best Original Score nomination and his second win, having accepted the award last year for his work on Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer.

Göransson’s Golden Globe win bodes well for another potential triumph at this year’s Oscars ceremony, for which he has already been shortlisted. Congrats, Ludwig!
