BMI Celebrates its Songwriters at 2019 Songwriters Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

BMI is very proud of its affiliates honored at the Songwriters Hall of Fame 50th Annual Induction & Award Gala, held June 13 at the Marriott Marquis in New York City. BMI songwriters inducted into the prestigious institution this year included Dallas Austin, Tom T. Hall, and recent BMI Troubadour Award recipient John Prine. The evening also paid tribute to BMI songwriter Carole Bayer Sager with the prestigious Johnny Mercer Award, esteemed music publisher and recent BMI Icon recipient Martin Bandier with the Visionary Leadership Award, and BMI songwriter Halsey with the Hal David Starlight Award.
