The winter meeting of the International Society of Hotel Association Executives, held recently (12/7) at The Don Cesar in St. Petersburg Beach, FL, featured a performance by up-and-coming BMI country singer-songwriter Julia Cole. The 24-year-old Houston native gave the hotel association executives a sneak preview of her new EP Priority, which is scheduled to be released next month. Cole has opened up for the likes of Kenny Chesney, Hunter Hayes, the Eli Young Band and Carrie Underwood and has performed the national anthem at Texans and Astros games more than a dozen times.

ISHAE is a professional association consisting of the chief staff executives and other staff of local, state, national and international lodging trade associations. They meet twice a year to review lodging industry trends, lobbying strategies and membership initiatives.
