BMI Brings Award-Winning Country Songwriter to Alaska to Entertain Hotel Executives

BMI brought Nashville to Anchorage recently (1/19) as award winning country songwriter Wynn Varble entertained hoteliers at the Alaska Hotel and Lodging Association’s Annual Stars of Industry Awards Dinner where the trade organization honored hotel executives and their employees for outstanding accomplishments, service, and leadership in the lodging industry. Later that weekend, the CMA-nominated writer was also the featured performer at two BMI-licensed venues in the Anchorage area: Koot’s and Eddie’s Sports Bar - venues that have been long time supporters of BMI songwriters and publishers. A Georgia native, Varble has written # 1 songs for Brad Paisley, Easton Corbin and Darryl Worley, with songs also featured on Garth Brooks’ new album.
