Lonestar's Richie McDonald was honored with a party at BMI Nashville for writing the band's latest chart-topper, "Mr. Mom." Also receiving kudos were Sony/ATV Tree Music Publishing, producer Dann Huff and BNA Records. Co-written with Ron Harbin and Don Pfrimmer, the song appears on Lonestar's BNA Records album Let's Be Us Again and has enjoyed three weeks at #1.

RCA Label Group's Joe Galante; Lonestar's Richie McDonald, Dean Sams, and Keech Rainwater; and BMI's David Preston.

Previously, the band hit the chart's peak with "My Front Porch Looking In," also written by McDonald with Pfrimmer and Frank Myers.
