CMT Flameworthy Awards Salute Toby Keith’s

BMI superstars Toby Keith and Tim McGraw were multiple victors at the CMT Flameworthy 2003 Video Music Awards, country music's only fan-voted awards show, telecast live April 7 on CMT: Country Music Television. Keith's "Courtesy Of The Red, White, & Blue" claimed the evening's top prize -- Video of the Year -- and earned Keith praise in the Male Video and Cocky Video categories as well. McGraw's video, "She's My Kind of Rain," was cited for Hottest Male and Fashion Plate honors.

Hosted by Keith and Pamela Anderson at Nashville's Gaylord Entertainment Center, the evening was highlighted by performances from Shania Twain, Faith Hill, Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow, Alison Krauss & Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas, and Rascal Flatts, plus Keith and McGraw.
