BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards: Atlanta, GA
The BMI Icon Award will be presented to multiplatinum superstar Janet Jackson at the 2018 BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards at The Woodruff Arts Center’s Symphony Hall in Atlanta. Ms. Jackson will receive this honor in recognition of her extraordinary career achievements, countless contributions and her rich catalog of music and artistry that transcends generations.
This invitation-only event will also honor the world’s premier songwriters, producers and administrators of the most-performed r&b/hip-hop songs of the previous year, as well as the presentation of the Social Star Award, and R&B/Hip-Hop Songwriter, Producer and Publisher of the Year.
