BMI Composers Play Starring Role in SXSW Film Festival
Pictured (L-R) at the SXSW world premiere of “The Seer” are: BMI’s Anne Cecere and BMI film composer Kerry Muzzey. “The Seer,” which won Special Jury Recognition for Cinematography during the film festival, is a portrait of farmer and writer Wendell Berry. Through his eyes, we see both the changing landscapes of rural America in the era of industrial agriculture and the redemptive beauty in taking the unworn path.
