BMI Honors the Illinois Restaurant Association Centennial
In February, BMI presented a gold record honoring the Illinois Restaurant Association (IRA) for 100 years of dedicated service to the hospitality industry at the IRA’s Centennial Luncheon, held at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. The foodservice industry is the largest private sector employer in Illinois, generating more than $21.7 billion in annual sales. The association represents approximately 6,000 restaurants throughout the state.
