CMA Honors Top BMI Songwriters With its Triple Play Award
Last week, CMA presented its prestigious Triple Play Award to some of BMI’s finest songwriters, and the Nashville Writer/Publisher Relations team was on hand to congratulate them. The awards, which honor songwriters who penned three No. 1 songs in a 12-month period, were presented to Rhett Akins, Luke Laird, Troy Verges, Dallas Davidson, Natalie Hemby and Hunter Hayes.
