BMI Composer Alan Silvestri Honored at SCL 25th Annual Holiday Dinner
BMI composer Alan Silvestri was honored as an ambassador on December 18 at the Society of Composers and Lyricists' (SCL) 25th annual holiday dinner, held at The Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, California. The festive evening welcomed film and television executives, composers and singer-songwriters to a cocktail reception. The reception was followed by dinner with opening remarks by SCL Executive Director Laura Dunn and SCL President Ashley Irwin, which segued into the presentation of the evening's honors.
