James Slater Serves Up Songs for Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association
Award-winning BMI songwriter James Slater entertained the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (FRLA) at their summer board meeting held in Key West at the Casa Marina Resort. Slater performed songs from his recent album Key West Address, the title track of which serves as the official song for the island. In addition, Slater performed several of the songs has penned for Martina McBride, including "In My Daughter's Eyes," as well as Rascal Flatts’ "Unstoppable," and Jamey Johnson's Grammy-nominated "High Cost of Living.” Pictured at the event are FRLA Director Ray Green, Slater, COO of Legendary Inc. and FRLA Board Chairman Bruce Craul, Debbie Craul and BMI’s Mason Hunter.
