Golden State Pops Orchestra Holds Fundraiser with BMI Legend Richard Sherman
The Golden State Pops Orchestra (GSPO) held a fundraiser with legendary songwriter Richard Sherman on Sunday, March 11 in Los Angeles. Dubbed “Another Spoonful of Sherman,” the event featured an inspiring performance by Sherman, who delivered classics he and his brother Robert wrote over the course of their storied career, including “Chim Chim Cher-ee,” ”Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious,” and “A Spoonful of Sugar” from Mary Poppins.
