Steve Cropper Celebrates Release of ‘Dedicated’

August 17, 2011 Steve Cropper assembled an ace band and offered a plush set at Lincoln Center Out of Doors at Damrosch Park in New York. Cropper’s new album, Dedicated: A Salute to The "5" Royales , is an unbridled celebration of classic r&b from one of the genre’s pioneers. Featuring vocalists including Steve Winwood, Betty LaVette, John Popper, Dylan LeBlanc, Lucinda Williams, Delbert McClinton and Dan Penn, the critically acclaimed album was released August 9.
