BMI Presents Orianthi at Hilton Worldwide Summit
BMI partnered with Hilton Worldwide to provide the musical entertainment at the hotel chain’s annual Sales Summit held recently in Kona, Hawaii. BMI songwriter and guitar prodigy Orianthi delivered a blistering performance in front of an enthusiastic group of Hilton Hotel executives. Orianthi has played with the likes of Carlos Santana, ZZ Top, Prince and Carrie Underwood, but she really captured the public’s eye in This Is It, the Michael Jackson documentary that captured the final days of the pop star’s life as he rehearsed for his comeback tour. Jackson had pegged Orianthi to serve as the band’s lead guitarist.
