Fueled by an innate need to express herself in terms often too difficult for simple conversation, Winnipeg singer/songwriter Taylor Janzen doesn’t write and perform music just for the sake of providing entertainment. An outlet for her heartfelt ruminations, Janzen’s songs come imbued with a warm, thoughtful intimacy that she privately worries crosses the line between confessional and confrontational.
