Sugarland‘s Kristian Bush Entertains Radio’s Top Executives

Award-winning BMI songwriter Kristian Bush shared stories and songs with some of the country’s top radio executives at the Fall Board Meeting of the Radio Advertising Bureau held recently in Nashville. BMI’s Dan Spears conducted a fireside chat with the awarding winning songwriter, producer and musician who serves as one half of the iconic country duo Sugarland. Spears spoke with Bush about his long career in the music industry, starting with his first band Billy Pilgrim, his many years sharing the stage with his Sugarland partner Jennifer Nettles and his success as a producer, most recently with emerging country artist Megan Moroney who he discovered in Atlanta and brought to Nashville where she produced her first number one song, “Tennessee Orange”.
