Rising BMI Country Star Entertains Media Finance Execs

BMI once again collaborated with the Media Financial Management Association in providing the musical entertainment at their annual conference held this year at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia. BMI songwriter and rising country star Catie Offerman performed in front of radio, television, video gaming and digital finance executives from across the country. Offerman, who is originally from New Braunfels, Texas, was named by CMT as one of the Next Women of Country, and has opened for Parker McCollum, Tyler Hubbard, and George Strait, among others. MFM’s mission is to provide media and entertainment industry financial professionals networking and educational opportunities as well as media-specific information services.
