Hit BMI Songwriter Kicks Off Oklahoma Broadcasters Annual Convention

BMI award-winning songwriter Shane Minor was the featured entertainment at the Oklahoma Association Broadcasters (OAB) welcome reception held recently (03/30) at the Skirvin Hilton in Oklahoma City, OK. Minor wowed the crowd by performing some of the hit songs he’s penned, including “Beautiful Mess” (for Diamond Rio), “Brand New Girlfriend” (for Steve Holy), “Live A Little” (for Kenny Chesney), “Chillin’ It” (for Cole Swindell) and “Making Me Look Good Again” (for Drake White).

Started in 1948, the OAB is a non-profit organization of over-the-air radio and TV stations organized to serve the public interest and promote the cooperation and prosperity of its members.
