As part of its Eddie’s Attic Songwriter Showcase series, BMI’s Atlanta office hosted a special writers round October 1, featuring performances by BMI songwriters who were also performing on BMI’s behalf at the National Association of Broadcasters and the Radio Advertising Bureau Convention. Popular Atlanta artist/writers Angie Aparo and Michael Tolcher shared the round with Nashville-based Bonnie Bishop and Paul McDonald, along with Opelika, Alabama’s Adam Hood. Each played a mix of songs from their upcoming albums, some of which they’d co-written for other artists and some of which they pulled from their own catalogues.
