BMI Songwriter/Composer Michael Whalen to Co-Host Free Career Advice Seminar
Michael Whalen, Broadcast Music, Inc. songwriter/composer, teacher and executive, will co-host a free six-hour music business seminar January 10, 2015, at the City College of New York in Aaron Davis Hall. Titled “Your Music, Your Rights, Your Career,” the day will include informative panels with top music executives covering a vast range of topics including copyright and publishing basics, monetization of websites, public relations, social media and fan-funded projects.
