BMI Songwriter Shane Profitt Takes Center Stage at Florida Broadcasters Conference
BMLG/Harpeth 60 recording artist Shane Profitt rocked this year’s Florida Association of Broadcasters Annual Conference in Orlando with his unique and authentic brand of country music. The Columbia, TN native and BMI songwriter captivated the audience of Florida radio and television executives with his life stories and heartfelt songs, including “How it Oughta Be” which is currently climbing the charts on country radio. Profitt is being mentored by country superstar and BMI songwriter Chris Janson who signed him to Harpeth 60, the imprint that was created in partnership with Scott Borchetta’s Big Machine Label Group. The FAB is a longtime partner of BMI’s and works to foster and promote local broadcasting in Florida.
