BMI brought a taste of Nashville to the Montana Broadcasters Association annual convention held recently (6/15) in Whitefish, where award-winning country songwriter Clint Daniels played his hits and told the stories behind his songs in front of radio and TV executives from across the state. Daniels, who has written smashes for Joe Nichols, George Strait, Brooks & Dunn and Montgomery Gentry, also wrote up-and-coming country artist Jon Pardi’s most recent single “She Ain’t in it.” The Montana Broadcasters Association is a membership organization dedicated to serving the needs of radio and television stations in Montana, while educating the public on the value of free over-the-air broadcasting.
