BMI Indie Spotlight: Noga Erez
Noga Erez burst onto the scene in 2017 with her acclaimed debut album Off the Radar. Alongside her cowriter and co-producer Ori Rousso, Erez’s music incorporates the physical, dynamic elements of electronic, hip-hop, and pop music while embracing a cerebral sensitivity that has made her one of the most exciting and idiosyncratic artists of the moment. Her 2018 standalone singles “Bad Habits” and “Cash Out” featuring SAMMUS, along with her 2019 collaboration with ECHO called “Chin Chin,” saw her continuing to forge a path of uncompromising, truth-seeking alt-pop. Erez released the KIDS album last year, and most recently dropped a cover of fellow BMI affiliate Lil Nas X’s hit, “Industry Baby.”
