BMI Helps RIHA Honor Industry’s Top Performers

BMI brought The Voice to the Rhode Island Hospitality Association’s (RIHA) annual “Stars of the Industry” awards” held recently (11/29) in Providence at the Twin River Casino. BMI songwriter and season 10 of The Voice sensation, Joe Maye helped kick-off the celebration displaying his amazing vocal talents for the audience. Maye gained national attention with his impromptu duet with Christina Aguilera on the NBC show, garnering more than 4.6 million views on YouTube. Maye has released three Eps with his most recent being the seven song EP Sol, which came out earlier this year.

The RIHA represents more than 600 foodservice, hotels, vendors and hospitality members in the state of Rhode Island and has been the voice of the hospitality and foodservice industries in the state since 1963.
