BMI was on hand at the 17th Annual Tribal Casino Hotel Development and Innovation Conference held recently at the Harrah’s Resort Southern California in Funner, CA. BMI’s Dan Spears moderated a panel entitled “What is Your Overall Guest Experience” which focused on the power of music in not only driving traffic to casino hotels but keeping customers there, and the steps that need to be taken to ensure that the proper licenses are in the place. The session also focused on the role that technology, furniture, décor, and artwork play in creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests as well as team members.
