BMI Congratulates Ludwig Göransson for Winning Best Original Score at the 2024 BAFTA Awards

BMI congratulates Ludwig Göransson for winning the Best Original Score award for Oppenheimer at the 2024 BAFTA Awards. This achievement marks Göransson’s first-ever BAFTA win, which he adds to a long list of distinguished accolades. For his music for Christopher Nolan’s celebrated Oppenheimer, Göransson has already won a Critics Choice Movie Award for Best Score, a Golden Globe Award for Best Original Score, a GRAMMY Award for Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media and is nominated for another Oscar for Best Original Score. The composer has previously won for his work on acclaimed films like Black Panther, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Tenet and the Disney+ streaming series, The Mandalorian.

The BAFTA ceremony was broadcast on BBC One in the UK and can be streamed on BBC iPlayer and BritBox.
